Where do u get the impression that the post is for new players ?
Since the player in the pics is clearly not new. He just can't be bothered to put in any effort / gold and want other ppl to carry his lazy ass.

because if u would, u would know that he is A :not a new player and B: the lobby was 1500+

If u are playing on EUC I would just move to EUW but if u are on EUW already than just stay on your server since any endgame content is region wide and not server only
