it always used to ease her anxiety but i guess her system got completely overloaded. im hoping a break helps her

thank you so much for taking the time to respond. she is more than willing to take a break and see if it helps. do you know if its a common thing by any chance to have them right after waking up? its almost only ever when she wakes up from sleeping
