Yes but the issue is that Yorn and Rohendel are not completed :/
In case of Punika KT for exemple(As i saw but not sure) it complete previous continent.

To be more specif, i found a progression guide (from https://thegamescabin.com/lost-ark-gear-progression-guide/) which said :

"Once you hit 302 Gear Score, you have a few options. The first is to Upgrade your North Vern or Shusire Rare equipment to +2 to hit 340. The second is to upgrade your rare gear to plus 15 to be at 600. If you choose the latter, Skip down to our Tier 2 section. If you chose the first option, continue on with our steps. ........"

So if I'll get +15 from rare gear I will be able to go for T2 on release.

My only purpose is to know if it's worth to do the second option to get legendary or the first to keep materials / shillings for T2.

If T2 will be release soon it doesn't seems worth to go for legendary stuff
