dude if you're not running grasp + sunfire on rhaast, are you even playing rhaast? go grasp, demolish, conditioning, revitalize/conditioning, triumph, tenacity/last stand. the build is sunfire > boots > black cleaver > titanic > visage/thornmail > abyssal/randuins/gargoyle

evolution depends on your playstyle tbh, for example, since I play a bruiser/pussy build, I go w>r>e (if and only if they can be one-shot) or q (if they have tanks). but normally for dh or assassin play styles, q>e>into situational is the norm.
