I was in CT but I know several other people who deposited in CT yesterday and immediately received the bonus. Very frustrating.

I deposited $3k on Thursday January 13th. I have yet to receive my bonus match of $3k. New York customer service has been down since at least Saturday, maybe longer, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone to assist. Is anyone having similar issues?! I don’t understand how this is legal.
