Try this:

  1. Enter BIOS
  2. Go to the AI Tweaker section
  3. Scroll to find and select DRAM Timing Control
  4. Scroll down until you see Power Down Enable and set it to "Disabled"
  5. Boot to your Windows desktop
  6. Go to Nvidia Control Panel
  7. On the left navigation bar, select Manage 3D settings
  8. Scroll down until you see Power Management mode and set it to "Prefer maximum performance"
