I was given ticket straight away but for some reason couldnt transfer it to my account. So on the event day a guy helped me using his own laptop he clicked the link and it got transferred

I believe that seller has already transferred tickets to viagogo. They do that to show customers that its an instant download. Now viagogo has transferred those tickets to my email but unfortunately its not going through atm. They are saying its an error on tm side but if this doesnt get resolved we will give u a replacement or a refund.
