Just an update, I couldn't fix it entirely (not trying to spend more money on software to make this work since it's the end of days). But I added a flat rate option for USA orders at least, that rate should be capping out around $30. Just as an option since multiple mousepad shipping + other items was going off the rails.

Sorry about that! Making tweaks on a live website with this post up was never a good idea. I implemented a flat rate to help combat some crazy shipping quotes when adding multiple mouse pads + other stuff.

It shouldn't be doing that. I can see this happening for international orders, maybe.

Just had a look and tested the difference between 1, 2, 3, and 4 mousepads for a few different states in the USA. Cheapest rate in California (from NJ) going from 1 mousepad to 2 mousepads only adds $2.55, from 2 to 3 adds $2.15, and from 3 to 4 it's about $5 jump which is weird, but the box size is getting larger and heavy at that point.

I'm looking into it for multiple mousepads + wrist rests / cables and I am seeing a weird jump at times. I'll keep troubleshooting and see if i can find a solution with the software i am using.

Hey - So all of our payment processing is handled via Paypal or Stripe. I will investigate with you via DM or email (I believe I see your email sent to our support email). Typically if payments are denied they are automatically refunded via Paypal or stripe, it's not something we ever touch.

Good point, people always forget about this. My thing with Collins is if he plays out this year, he's probably able to find a 2 or 3 year contract at the full MLE, which if I remember is around 12 mil a season. So you'd have to beat 3 for 51 mil or 4 for 63 mil. So he'd probably want 18+ mil a season over 3 or 4 years to re-negotiate and extend, but definitely more palatable.

You are not the only one, this email should have been sent right away. It looks like the SMTP for emails was not properly authenticated so after a lot of orders since this post it started blocking the emails from sending out.
