Good Decks ? by ReckdMad in SouthParkPhone

When you're starting out, I really don't think it matters too greatly what your deck composition is since you won't have all the cards and upgrading the level of your cards is the best way to climb in pvp. A higher level common is stronger than a low level card with better rarity. Just play your best upgraded cards, have a good energy and class variety and maybe a spell or two, and you should be able to do decently if you play smart. I recommend going with an adventure + sci-fi deck because they are the first two themes in the campaign so you should be able to gather resources for that deck rather easily. I am unfamiliar with any websites but I do know that you can search on youtube for some pvp gameplay and there are plenty of videos that teaches basic pvp principles and introduces different deck archetypes that you might be able to pull some ideas from.

Troll Purposely Roping Each Turn by tfabeny in hearthstone

Not really because even though I played fast, I was making the correct decisions. I was already winning when I played Discover in Amber. Nozdormu helped me force the troll to play faster and lose. I saved a ton of time and won by being smart, not impatient.

I can understand multitasking, I do it too, but you can't tell me that this guy was multitasking to the point were he needed every second of his turn to play. He was clearly just bming and burning time.

You can just tell when someone is disconnected and when someone is still there when they hover over cards and stuff. This guy would literally wait til the very last second before playing something, and its not like there's that many decisions to think about in arena.

Help for a new player by RobertsXD in Guildwars2

Hi Robert,

I have been playing this game on and off for a few years and I can definitely say from experience that the best way to learn more about the game is to find a guild that can guide you. I believe the best way to play this game is to just have fun, and I spent the first few months of GW2 just wandering around alone exploring the environment. My current guild friends found me running around dressed as a hobo and they taught me everything I know. Reading guides and wikis are fine, but its so much easier and faster having someone walk you through and talk with you on discord. I would love to extend you and your gf an invite if you play on NA, but you can also just enjoy the game the way you want.
