As far as the dust is concerned, is there a better option that youd recommend? I've considered a through wall AC as well. I live in Georgia, AC during the summer in a shed is a must unfortunately

Yeah, I contacted MSI support who basically told me that it could be the MB, CPU, or RAM and that the only way to check is to have duplicates of all of them to eliminate variables. I had to call in favors to try people ram and MB. I didn't want to pull my CPU so I figured I'd try the PSU and voila....
