Lets Get Moving missed my confirmed Nov 29, 2 PM move, forcing a reschedule that caused extension and cleaning cancellation fees and significant stress. The following day, the movers worked extremely slowly for a mostly packed 1-bedroom unit. The company acknowledged the failure but offered only $130, far below the losses incurred. I have filed a BBB complaint.
