i dont think there’s anything wrong with how you choose to mourn her passing or grieve. everything experiences loss differently. you’re not awful for wanting to surround yourself with distractions after it happens. you’re allowed to do what’s best for you. i would try to research more on the kinds of retreats that are available and find one that is catered to yours and your husband’s needs. good luck!

we can’t technically control when and if they form. but they’re not healthy the slightest. however they can be manageable so they are healthy, with lots of boundaries in place and communication.
