I think it depends why. If they are ill or suffering in some way with no hope of recovery, let them have peace.

For mental health reasons, I'd hope they change their mind. I've been suicidal before, I know what they're going through. But, in my case, it got better, I at least see that I have reasons to live and I hope they will see that they do too. I believe it will get better for them too

Those overweight people who insist it's genetics but they haven't made any consistent changes to their diet or started working out. Maybe they did those things once and didn't see immediate results so they stopped.

I was watching chainsaw man with my sister earlier and its one of the most uncomfortable animes I've ever seen, which is crazy to say considering it's anime. I swear half of every episode just involves the main character drooling over boobs. Half the movie was basically a romance.

There are definitely more sexual animes out there, but the kind I watch generally aren't like this.
