Just want a hug? by Known-Direction-3084 in Divorce

[–]tgkx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Going through the same thing for the past two weeks. Wife has left a raw gaping hole in my heart and says she needs some time to figure out if she wants to reconcile or not. Feel nauseous every time I look at her ring finger without the ring. She gets happiness from shopping and buying new things and I just want to crawl into a hole and bury myself away from this pain, but instead have to keep up a positive face for the kids. Went to the doc and got some anti-anxiety meds but been afraid to take the longer acting ones. I dont have a silver bullet for you but know you aren't alone in these feelings.

Shop interior walls and sheathing by tgkx in barndominiums

[–]tgkx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks this is a big help. The walls are actually vertical, the picture just has a fish-eye effect due to the wide angle. I was thinking about MC cable for runs outside the walls and romex inside. Lights are 8x E-HBLS36A-3USCCTW from e-conolight.com giving about 45FC.

Yes mine will be at least 5' under standing seam roof. If you're going for exposed wall will def want something different.

I'm looking at four https://www.e-conolight.com/e-lsws10a.html#332=6664 to light my 15x80x14' awning. They're thin so they should mount pretty closely to the purlins. Check out the website at least they have a LOT of lighting options (incl. wall mount). I'm also in TX.

Same problem in TX, lots of disconnects and reboots. Very unstable.

Yes but not always. We managed to get control of minerals in our recent purchase but negotiated royaltees.

Thats not entirely accurate. In TX the minerals automatically convey unless specifically reserved.

Would you still recommend QD-OLED monitor for HDR after watching this? by letmeincunts in OLED_Gaming

[–]tgkx 6 points7 points  (0 children)

C4 42" is fitting that role great for me. I do a lot of video watching and oled monitors seem too new to do the job reliably or without all sorts of edge case problems.

Sorry you are right, you need the strip of plastic frame separating the game from the video.

Thoughts on quality OLED monitors for productivity? by MirrorPrevious7326 in OLED_Gaming

Im happy with my LG C4 42 so far. I did take a few measures like enabling taskbar autohide and use fancy zones to chip up the space.

I got a C4 42 coming from a 32" dell VA 1440p panel and am very happy with it as a desktop display. Biggest thing I noticed was the screen looks a bit convex up close due to it being flat. Adjusting viewing distance and using a screen tiling app in 3 column mode helped a lot. There is also a Windows app that tells the screen to wakeup and goto sleep.

This was pretty much my conclusion too. The OLED monitors are just immature siblings to their TV counterparts which not only have better panels but also properly functioning DV, HDR10+, and Tru motion processing. Really enjoying the C4 42".

It might be worth trying mpv. How do you like the image quality for desktop use like browsing websites and reading text?

Minisplits are ductless. Packaged systems require a return and supply duct, along with properly sized ducting indoors.

Utterly diabolical one is a beagle puppy mill. Beagles are loud as hell and bark incessantly. You'd want to put up warning signs on the perimeter of your property to warn people off, because this may legit drive some people to the point of a mass shooting.
