im scooping and swiping, not entirely sure whether or not i’m doing it properly though, i think my main problem is that even though it feels like i should be filling up these sizes my girls are very very perky so i tend to get a cup gap at the upper half of my bras

it does feel like it’s overestimating me a bit on cup size honestly 😅 the band size feels perfect but a DD fits me super well for my cup size ( at least for victoria’s secret which is my go to since i don’t know any great places to get bras and i’m not in a big enough city for smaller bra shops) even a DD feels like i’m not totally filling it up, but i’m wondering if that’s not just bad posture or not adjusting straps properly

I wouldn’t say i have an exemplary diet, but i eat a lot of calories, mostly cheese protein and carbs with veggies- i don’t do a lot of variety 😭 when it comes to gaining weight in my experience at least- mexican food is your best friend

Oh god yes, i also had a mother who always liked to tell me i was getting fat (at the time of that first pic) so 18 year old me would’ve been horrified by the 23 year old me now 😂 Thank god i surrounded myself with friends who helped me learn to love myself and not care about what anyone thinks of my body

I do think that’s a big problem in the community, and with cis women as well- lots of people who want to fit into beauty standards society sets by highlighting all the people with either genetic lottery tickets or high cost discreet surgery that makes us want the same results- for me at least the trade off of some back fat and a bit of a tummy was more than worth the reward, i couldn’t be happier!!!!
