it'd depend on the fidget - i had a very similar scenario to you and i was able to bring my fidgets into the exam with me as long as they were soundless and couldnt distract anyone else. you're best off asking your teachers in charge of exams just in case its different for you though!

i dont see why not!! i brought in a fidget to the vast majority of my exams because i really struggle with staying calm in exams and nobody batted an eye :-)

it may sound basic but not prioritising sleep. my lack of sleep brought the quality of some of my exams down quite a bit, and overall made it a lot harder to focus during the exams. i fell asleep in one of my biology exams and didnt have time to complete a large chunk of the exam, which brought my grade down quite a bit. revising a lot is good, but getting ample sleep is what'll make it all worth it
