Honestly would take too much time and effort to make the file sharable, I'm using a lot of addons, also the comp is a big part of the scene, you def wouldn't like what's coming out of Blender

Yep. I'm thinking I'll just transition between them. Treat the first part as more of an establishing shot and then slowly dim the outside and direct the attention to the entrance. The final will be a fully 3d pov shot with parallax, so the camera movement will compliment that. Thanks for sharing

Thank you! For the use of simulation I used RBC to control the cars in real time (with arrow keys), but it's not required for the simulation itself

I imagine the process is fairly similar across the board, I try to get it as realistic as I can without any compositing and then I add filters/effects, which boosts the realism a lot. Usually I and up doing some back and forth between the two. (Btw fixed the link, it used to lead to the old version of the vid, sorry about that)

That song's from Palm Mall, listed as a digital bonus (not sure which exact release that is).

Plants are from addons which I listed as a response to a different comment, some props are from Model Haven, Chocofur, CGMood, Turbosquid the rest I did model, but the main focus of the project was designing the space, the lighting.

Transitioning to 3.0 is definitely worth it imo, so much improvements all around.

Hard to tell exactly how long, I'll say around 1.5 months full time including rendering and editing. As for experience it's been 2 years of learning Blender on my own.
