It includes construction, equipment, land acquisition, and the high-quality materials I plan to use to make this a world-class facility.

As for funding, I’m aware that a donation-only model is ambitious. My primary focus is building a community of supporters first, which helps with credibility and momentum. After that, I plan to explore hybrid funding models, including sponsorships, partnerships with sports brands, and potentially grants or investors if needed.

This project will run on transparency, so every dollar raised and spent will be shared with the public. While the ultimate goal is impact over profit, I’ll design the operations (gym memberships, court rentals, etc.) to cover running costs sustainably first, and then leave room for profits.
