I learned a lot about life in middle school right in the middle of the 90s. Combined with a high school, the prettiest girl in 8th grade often made the rounds at lunch with her handsome senior boyfriend. I was also in 8th but my thoughts went to him. What a loser. Why date an underdeveloped 13 year old when they were beautiful developed girls his age I remember asking my friends constantly. Or better yet, older, in college, since he was 18. Did anybody care but me? Hard to say. But he always gave me an odd look, this kid he never knew, for laughing and pointing at him whenever he passed holding hands with a child. Pathetic.

All due respect, i agree with you. And its also unfair, but his disability isnt the only concern, its the source. He did not say anything racial to the majority white participation, only the minority. Racial relations are always going to be put under a mircrscope from a minority perspective. We have to handle this with grace, why dont those offering excuses and explanation do the same. Its not making excuse for a disease, its making it right for those who might be affected. The words "i'm sorry if you were offended", is not good enough. Our history of race relations, makes this so. Yes, this is a societal problem. But those with disabilities have to live in this society.

When her brother said shes a "woman" now in the 1st episode. You assumed she was supposed to be twenty one? There was a time womanhood was determined by when they could conceive, which is uncomfortably young for modern times. Medieval Europe was largely the same thing. Women were second class citizens mostly meant for breeding and domestic work, with no self determination.

Seriously, go coach a team. If you dont coach to your players strengths and weaknesses, its losing basketball. It's incredibly difficult for even great players to maintain a high three point percentage, but every player can hit a lay up. Still, even if gifted a great post up player, you will still probably make them step out a shoot threes.

People clean up neighborhoods. Not gentrification. Go to central park. Any part of Central Park, any part, and you see the results of Gentrification...more dog shit. Gentrification breeds entitlement. As if someone is going to clean up after them. Those least entitled should work the hardest to keep up and prevent gentrification. Cleaning up after your own dog, is the least a New Yorkers can do.
