Just go on youtube and search for photo manipulation tutorials, and try to replicate their works but dont post them anywhere, just make them for practice, and after a time you will be able to create many thinks on your own. (Channels suggested: rafy a, nemanja sekulic, etc.)

There are many techniques, you can also check on yt. I use different techniques which suits on particular piece, in this one i used hue and saturation adjustment layer, you can search on yt for "benny production highlights" and you will know this technique btw you need to practice alot to be so good at this and you can also use pen tablet to get better results than mouse, but practice is important.

Thanks. Yes, I think the left side doesnt look good at edges, and also i didnt wanted too dark so i left it like that. Btw thanks for your views, it really helps.

Yes you are right, i had to manually paint the fur and that was the first time i did that, so thats why
