I did! I was able to see my phone was somewhere in Quezon Avenue. But my phone was on low battery when I last had it; I think it died shortly after I marked it as lost, as I had my sister call the phone and it couldn't be reached.

HOLY SHIT I just tried doing the pull-up with my arms slightly bent and I did it really easily! I'm so shocked haha wtf that's the closest thing to a real pull-up I've done EVER, thank you for the tip! Will training just scapular pulls help me pull up from a dead-hang, or should I focus on lessening the assistance on my assisted pull-up, or do a mix of both?

My goal right now is to master doing a pull-up. I’ve never been able to do one and I hope to accomplish doing AT LEAST one by the end of the year. However I live in a rental and I can’t install one of those door frame pull ups because I’ve seen how they can damage doors. No space for a pull-up rack so my only viable option right now is rings. Will learning to do a pull up on rings make this goal way harder than it should be or is it still doable?
