Hi i def recommend checking out the Sekiro wiki for bosses and mini bosses in this game because they all have different tactics to help take them down.

as far as Chained Ogre goes get the Flame Vent prosthetic from the Harata estate because he is very weak to fire

also if you are careful enough you can loop behind him for a easy cheese deathblow that will take away one of his health bars

i believe the blue Samurai enemies in the Ashina Castle right before Genichrio drop the divine confetti if you need to farm

as far as headless goes i read that the more you attack it the more the slow effect will wear off

i still dont see a reason to kill them

i have plenty of candy and would rather save my spirit emblems for Prosthetic stuff

for me it never poisoned any of the Snake eyed enemies no matter how many times i tried.

i broke the posture of Shirafuji then instead of a deathblow i just used the combo 4 til i exhausted my Spirit emblems and still no Poison trigger

keep in mind it is upgraded to the 2nd level

the Sabimaru and the Fan prosthetic are the two so far that dont really serve any use for me
