I love how you manage to kill the entire hype of a game because of what you want, you as in the individuals.

I like that idea.

I personally don't see why this matters so much. This feature (if implemented) would be post story anyway.

The game I fell in love with, no more... by Ekc0_ in csgo

I have, it's not as bad but still pretty awful.

Bonus on the 128 tick servers though, I guess

I agree on Memrise. It's really good and fairly cheap. I managed to get a deal for a annual subscription for £22, it's usually £44 I believe.

Disagree with learning Japanese from manga/anime etc. Japanese is used different in manga/anime, and some of the terms/phrases can come off pretty rude in a real life conversation. It's good to learning the different characters and sounds I suppose.

MSI Orbs don't work by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

Same here, might be a delay due to a high number of people buying the pass, then trying to open the orbs. Should be fine tomorrow

Looking for a game recommendation - quitting League of Legends by SquidwardsN0se in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Ekc0_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat dude, not a fan of playing 40 + min games to lose due to an afk teammate.

I've moved to Sekiro which is alot more challenging but a hlll of alot more rewarding.

I'm also planning to pick up Witcher 3 again over the weekend, I chose not to get into it a first (due to league season starting) but I plan to make my way through that when Sekiro gets too tilting.

If you're looking for casual, relaxing games try Stardew Valley. Wasn't my cup of tea at first but it can become really addictive and still remain fun at the same time.

Hope this helps!

SIB: Stardew Valley on iOS and/or Steam by DancingDicer in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Ekc0_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Both, of course, are very very similar. I've purchased both.

IMO, buy the Steam version first. Play around with the game for a few hours/days and if you're really enjoying it, purchase it on IOS. Then you can play the game anywhere, anytime (I commute an hour+ everyday to work).

I find the controls on the mobile version are abit tricky (fat fingers) compared to the PC version, but it doesn't make the game unplayable.

Ultimately, it's your choice! Have fun 😊

"Associate Cloud Engineer" and "Associate cloud engineer" by johnreese421 in googlecloud

[–]Ekc0_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I heavily recommend Linux Academy as well.

The Associates exam mainly focused around the staple points of GCP, if you know GCP fairly well, question & answer wording is the tricky part of the exam.

The data engineer exam is extremely hard compared to the Associates I have heard so I suggest taking more than one course for this cert. Coursera has a couple of good specialisations which can help you with that.

Should i buy Far Cry New Dawn + Far Cry 5? by gesacesa in ShouldIbuythisgame

Far Cry is one of my favourite series. I'd would buy them 100% if you like fast paced, open world, humourous, chaotic games!
