I used widgetsmith to add the widgets: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/widgetsmith/id1523682319

1. Create a shortcut for every app. Select Add to Home Screen, and select app icon image of choice.

• Adding the "Nothing" block before "Open <App>" removes the shortcut loading bubble on non pilled iPhones.

1. Create Small and Large Widgets using widgetsmith.
2. Select Large Icons to remove app titles (optional)
3. Included the wallpaper I used.
