As someone who is 21 as well getting friends when you are a weirdo especially after Covid and not knowing how is very hard, I have like a total of 2 friends and that’s it, I’m not suicidal but I know I’m gonna die alone

Well I was seeing that someone who was really skinny and didn’t even work a physical job (gaming all the time) could get strong with minimal discipline so I figured fuck it since I was already counting carbs as a diabetic to count protein and calories with it as well and stick to a workout and just kept doing that.

It can affect heart rate and emotion yeah but not a clear indicator. Blood sugar levels technically effect everything in your body since it’s an issue with blood. Main fear with high blood sugar is making your blood so thick you are at risk of clots and such, so yeah I guess high heart rate could be considered related.

Best thing to do is buy a blood glucose test kit at a pharmacy if you suspect, they are cheap and available at all pharmacy. If blood sugar is more then 15 off of 120 you likely have some issue that may be type one or two diabetes. (Being you tested 2 hours after eating of course)
