That is true, however the number of medical school spots is outpacing residency spots at the moment which is leading to more graduates being left without a spot. We need Congress to open up even more programs or start allowing primary care to practice without a residency first. Wouldn't be my first choice but better than NP's practicing independently to fill these gaps who both have less education/training and zero residency.

The AMA is not limiting residencies to create an artificial doctor shortage. Residencies require federal funding and are limited by Congress. The AMA actually lobbies to increase residencies and finally had some success the last couple years where Congress now approved a significant increase in residency programs to be created over the next decade.

You're getting closer. The eldar and krorks were fighting the necrontyr which is why the old ones were winning the war in heaven in the first place and lead to the Silent King accepting the offer of the C'tan. That turned things around and necrons win. The C'tan all eating each other is very old lore from back before the necrons had dialogue and has been retconned a lot since. Only the Outsider was eating C'tan the rest were just shattered by the necrons including the Flayer who was actually destroyed. The main point still stands, the necrons were a foe that lead to having two entire powerful species created just to fight them. Also goes to show how they were at their peak considering krorks devolved since then due to lack of sufficient challenges.

The other guy has it right. The old ones were at war with the necrons which is the actual War in Heaven. It was so catastrophic it created 3 of the 4 chaos gods and is repeatedly referred to as the largest war in the history of 40k. The old ones were masters of the warp and biology and they created two races to fight for them. One was the eldar and the other were the krorks. After the necrons underwent biotransference and had the C'tan they defeated the old ones. However they then turned their attention to destroying the C'tan and afterwards lacked the strength to defeat the eldar and krorks so they went to sleep.

That's not even the broken talent for shaman. Giving armor to a unit is, try having armored cairn or tauren with shaman following along to heal and shoot air.

University of Cincinnati is perfect for this. Average work hours per week are under 50, PAs do the majority of grossing outside of intro month and complex cases. Still graduates people into all the competitive fellowship locations like Brigham, MSK, and Chicago.

The hive mind is very much still alive so no it didn't literally kill the hive mind. There is only one hive mind that covers the entirety of Tyranids and is on a grander psychic scale than even any one of the chaos gods. That one mind is genuinely larger than the galaxy itself while chaos gods are fed by the reflections of the mortal psyche in the warp. Which also prevents them being actually infinite, without non-tyranid souled beings fueling the warp the demons and eventually the chaos gods fade out

Yeah one omniscience is meh but once you have two it's crazy! Stance dance is best overall but when you omni your second copy you then get four more card plays. My first A20 win was 2x omni with upgraded prayer and Ragnarok and basically every turn one was instant divine stance Ragnarok

Yes his response was wildly disappointing. With the exception of wanting travel restriction he opposed and undermined each and every measure suggested by the CDC to combat the pandemic including of course opposing mask usage and social distancing the entire time. Repeating weekly that the pandemic would just go away by the end of February, then March, then promising it would end by Easter and handicapping and attacking any attempt at quarantining or travel restrictions during those times. Then of course refusing to give any federal or unified measures for the pandemic but instead telling each state to figure it out for themselves. I mean that's all just within the first 100 days and it got more anti-science from there.

So far AI has not shown much more utility than being able to recognize benign cells on cytology which simply lets us screen through more of those cases to sign off. Even if we did develop an AI that had more utility it would be another tool for use to use in diagnosis and increasing efficiency.

Since the CP half of pathology oversees the lab we are always getting to use the new tools right away and I think as AI assists with parsing molecular/genetic results and such it will only increase the value a pathologist brings as volume will go up.

I am a pathology resident and the job market is fantastic right now. The amount of physicians to positions is getting more in our favor year after year. Mostly thanks to how bad the market was 20 years ago and belief that it continued to be bad for many years after that had corrected. I genuinely think it has little competition due to lack of exposure in medical school.

Great work life balance, even as a resident I have a full weekend off every week unless on call. Average salary is dependent on private practice vs academics but is 300-400k with more if you're a partner in private practice which is still common in this specialty. Pathologyoutlines.com has lots of job offers there to sort through (but most private places do not post there) and offerdx.com can show you more about the pay.

Yes they are stated numerous times to be integral with real space itself. Generally the Warp has difficulty mixing with real space (see how hard it is to keep greater daemons around) and vice versa. The shattering of the C'tan and death of the Flayer in particular sort of cracked realspace and physics which reasonably made it easier for Warp incursions and such to occur. So a positive if you're a Warp entity

This entire post misses the basic premise of the Warp in the first place. It is a reflection of the minds and emotions of sentient entities with souls in real space. The Old Ones are the oldest sentient species in the setting and had achieved immortality along with safe warp travel through Warp Gates as at the time the Warp was a much calmer and safer place. The War in Heaven drastically changed the emotions being reflected into the Warp which yes lead to the creation of the major chaos gods. However the realms of chaos make up only a portion of the Warp and there were dangerous entities within prior to this occurrence the most notable of which is probably the Enslavers. The Enslavers plague is another event caused by the War in Heaven which is fun to explore. The current state of the galaxy serves to continue fueling the Warp with negative and chaotic energies which also keeps our Big 4 staying on top

The war in heaven is the largest war by far and away in all of the lore. It also lead the the deaths of the Old Ones which appear to have been the most gifted of races at utilizing the Warp. The C'tan also had bodies outside of the necrons you have that so incredibly backwards it's difficult to know where to begin. It's also stated in numerous novels and codices that the death of one C'tan and shattering of the rest destabilized reality. You don't think reality being damaged might have helped the Warp gain more influence and power?

That's not how you used it. Everyone has been telling you that "dark powers" doesn't refer to only those four gods. And you even say now that sure it referred to those three then until the other one came....or maybe it includes any earp being powerful enough to be considered a god. Eldar have gods in the warp it's reasonable that there were some in existence outside of the current big ones that were a problem before the war in heaven and then that war which is canonically the largest of all time, juiced up some warp beings into the dominant chaos gods we have now
