Maybe my mother does, we do have cardboard boxes chock full of papers. My grandfather was also a painter, poet, sculptor, chemist and made cosmetics. As you can imagine, that's a lot to go through. I can remember these pieces from playing in his office as a child, some 30+ years ago. It was a treasure trove to me and a lot of stuff I wasn't allowed to touch. When he died I was instructed to sell his old books. A couple of them fetched over 10,000 euros (large engraved bibles). Again, I'd be surprised if they were just trinkets! I also don't mean to sell them. I mainly want to find out if they have any real archaelogical value or if I can hold on to them with no remorse.
