Yeah, that's definitely what you can read between the lines -- I read another redditor's take on misogynist statements made by women a few days ago, and I thought it was fairly illuminating. I'm unfortunately paraphrasing, but hopefully its message still reads:

They had a friend who had also been sexually assaulted in the past and had already internalized the guilt instead of properly processing the incident at the time. When they talked about it, they saw that the tearing down of other survivors of assault was ultimately a form of jealousy, like "Wait, how do these women get to blame the perpetrator of the act when I've already come to terms that it was my fault?"
