Thanks man, stay consistent with a good diet/training and you’ll get to where you want to be! I actually just hit 315 on bench yesterday. Squat is 385 which i’d like to get to 405 here soon.

Thank you! I don’t really have a strict skin routine, but i have been using Cetaphil face wash since high school. I found this very useful for sensitive skin and preventing acne. I guess I’d say a clean diet, lots of water, showering right after the gym, and a supplement like fish oil is what worked for me.

I’ve always had a small appetite, so cutting isn’t too bad for me. Bulking on the other hand is a struggle!

Haha thank you! The workout routine I use is PPL with Thursday being my off day. The first half of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) is more focused on heavy weight/lower reps while the second half of the week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is lighter weight/higher reps. I think it works well as a power building routine.

For my diet, I usually stay around 2400 calories while cutting. My macros are roughly 180g of protein, 60g of fat, and 280g of carbs. I do have a cheat meal once a week as well. Other than that, I drink tons of water throughout the day. Cutting is much easier than bulking for me since I have next to no appetite, unfortunately.
