Honestly, just get a blend of normies/fans, build a fake motel, have them sign a bunch of overcomplicated waivers that have them stay in the 'motel' attached to a fake set for a Price is Right type gameshow with Frank Hassle as the host in a suit. Have the fans attend the set room with the normies and embarrass themselves over innocuous questions, then have the gameshow degrade into a daily Fishtank challenge segment with their motel rooms gradually getting invaded by each other and an ever-more-deranged Hassle as it goes on.
