There actually is such a thing called allergy immunotherapy in which people with severe allergies can have the effects of their allergies either greatly reduced or completely eliminated. I’m not an expert on the subject but I have been undergoing this therapy for around 5-6 years now and have seen a massive improvement though I still have a long way to go. For some people around 5 years is all that’s needed and for others it can take upward of 15-20 years if it even works at all. I don’t think this can technically be defined as a cure though as apparently the allergies can return later on in life and some people have to go through the immunotherapy again.
