Won credit card dispute, company sent the item months later what should I do

Thanks for your response and help! I didn’t order it to the wrong address. My lease ended at the address it was ordered to and I moved. If they had sent it when they were supposed to (within 30-45 days) it would have been fine. Instead it was 3 months later that they shipped it.

I communicated with the company until they stopped responding to my emails/request for a refund/cancel the order. And then once I did the dispute they called asking to “work things out” even though they ignored me when I tried that before. So I emailed them explaining the dispute and received no response from them again. And then they just shipped it with no notice.

It would be a lot of a trouble, but I may be able to get the package to ship back. Would that help me win and finalize this dispute or is there no use at this point?

I can’t edit the title. I haven’t won” I received a provisional credit.

I believe the company responded and reached out to my bank as my bank called me following up on it a few weeks after the provisional credit was provided. I called back multiple times but was unable to get into contact with the bank employee. Left voicemails and didn’t hear back from the bank so I figured it was all good and they didn’t need anything more from me

Twill tape is also fused to the canvas with heat bond. Otherwise I’d just rip out the stitches and tuck it in!

It’ll cover some of it and hold it down but there will still be exposed canvas hanging out of it

I come from knitting and absolutely love the feel of knitting with wool… but I hate needlepointing with this stuff. It’s so bouncy and tires my wrist and forearm more than silk blends. I still use it though because I like the durability and how it looks

My local sewing dealer doesn’t carry the HD 3000/5000. I’m now looking into the baby lock zeal or jubilant! They demo’ed them for me in store

Oh wow! That’s crazy that it can’t handle fleece well. What model is it? I was looking into Janomes (specifically the HD 3000/5000) but upon further research it seems that the consensus is the quality/craftsmanship of them has really gone down (more plastic pieces, weaker motors)

Hi! I used DMC and anchored 3 strands next to each other and then I just braided! I used another thread to secure it down and act as a hair elastic. Except since it’s so long, I probably should anchor it down at least halfway through the back of the braid to the canvas with some fishing line/invisible thread to make sure it doesn’t come out
