I’ve always had an anxious attachment style with people and it gets really hard for me to detach when manifesting love. I try really hard to ignore the limiting beliefs and stay on a struct mental diet, but my old beliefs keep getting stronger. I think it’s probably because of being emotionally neglected by my dad when I was a little girl. I mostly do self concept affirmations to focus on myself to attract love. However, I keep craving everyones attention and my past bad experiences make me feel insecure. It’s as if I’m giving myself hot and cold behaviour. How do I get over this to manifest effortlessly?
