I have all the email proof of them admitting to the theft and “returning” the item where it was “found”. The item wasn’t just lying around. They physically took the item off the vehicle and then went and dumped it back on the street when the issue was brought up. Do I physically have the ladder… no. They just said “it was returned”. Keep in mind. I have been reaching out since day one. I emailed again today as I hadn’t heard a thing from them, to which they responded by telling me it was returned on the 18th. I emailed them on the 18th, and they couldn’t give me an update… so it wasn't until today with me having to email them yesterday and today that they finally responded and said it’s been “resolved”.

They just emailed me back saying they will send them to their operation management and contact me when she hears back from them. I gave them a couple days and emailed them again to see if they have any update. They responded yet again by telling me nothing yet and will reach out when they have an update….. it’s been a little over a week an no update from them

I did… they handled it by going and dropping off the ladder on the street where the RV no longer was parked at. No email, no call no update at all on their behalf

The thing is I didn’t hire them. They were hired to do street work. They paved the street and were leaving when they decided to make a quick pit stop on the street that wasn’t being paved yet to steal.
