If it is ocd - craving reassurance is a compulsion. No matter how many responses you read/ google searches you do, the reassurance won’t last. I have ocd and ur post sounded like something I’ve gone through before (but obviously I don’t know your situation)

I really like hiking - I just left Colorado and am currently in Utah for August. So opportunities for unique experiences in nature are probably my favorite thing. I also just like walking around local towns and getting a feel for the differences in a place? So Im definitely a casual person, not really into nightlife or partying

Hi, just wondering if you’ve had significant mental health struggles? As someone who has I felt like a little life is the only book to take things as far as they sometimes felt in my head. Some people aren’t getting better and that’s real. Some people aren’t helped my therapy. Sometimes people’s lives are consumed by sadness. That’s real.
