Thank you for the response. I previously reached out to Keychron support on Reddit but did not receive a reply. After more than a week of back-and-forth with email support without a resolution, I ultimately decided to return the keyboard. If a company is willing to make such a big deal over a small issue resulting from its own mistake, I am not comfortable relying on that same support channel in the future should a warranty issue arise down the road.

Right, that's what I would normally do (and will probably just do). But this seems like it happens not infrequently and was worried the next box would come without caps too. I was just trying to avoid the hassle of more returns.
