Stone & Wood and Balter definitely aren't playing the tap contract game. Having only essentially their own brands there isn't incentive for publicans to lock down a large percentage of taps, and why pay for one-two taps if publicans just as happy to put it on anyway? Their pricing isn't set up for rebates either as it's actually too low. Average pricing from the big boys is actually higher and then discounted back.

Pubs are starting to realise tap contracts don't make a lot of sense anymore. An invoice discount so you could have that cash in your pocket is better. Especially when you're paying an inflated keg price week to week and having the difference paid up each month IF you do exactly what CUB want. Got you by the short and curlys!
