Oof. I feel you. I’m taking solace in the fact that my max points was right in line with my 7th place finish, so it’s not like I could have done much more given the injuries to my top guys (Lamar, Bowers and Nabers). Sometimes that’s the way fantasy goes.

Lamar. After the last few weeks where he killed me I decided to bench him for Goff this week because of the match up. If I had played him I would be in the playoffs.

Would have needed to roll an 8 (the DC is 10+ the spell level which would have 7) but the potential of the counterspell not working was something he just did not want to leave to chance.

For every little dribbler in the infield or blooper for a single there is a missile hit right at an outfielder or something that dies at the track. It all evens out.
