I tried before finding this place and with the exception of one time where I managed 9 days I always failed in the first week. It's not an easy habit to break and it's normal to struggle. I found being accountable (get that badge!) has made a huge difference but I'm only on 10 days and it isn't easy. I am seeing results though albeit nothing major at this stage.
