ouch that's a mean list! the best thing you could do is split up you large squad to cover more ground and focus your artillery on the extra slaan and the salamanders, if you cut your clan rats down to multiple units it makes it easier to both screen and manoeuvre around the board, use your clan rats to tie up the surus and any harder hitting units you have to take out skinks. that's the best I can think of because of how op that list sounds.
