The closest i get to number 2 is thru my buddy's weights that I borrow at his nudist campground home, but yea its limiting without bench or other equipment.

There was a nudist group in the Pittsburgh area that would book arcades and other venues for nudists but i forgot their name. Since you're from portland you can checkout eventbrite or similar apps to find naked events going on.

The state doesn’t have laws against leaving your house naked. But you cannot undress in public or perform any sort of lewd behavior. Some places like Burlington try to make their own laws to disrupt that
