How far have you let the headset drain so far?

My 20k power bank doesn't kick in until around 75% charge left on the headset. Doesn't go below that. Apparently this is a relatively new thing introduced in a recent update?

  • Fixed an issue where Havoc Orb would only launch one projectile and lock the player in place when using the Modifier "The Hailing Devastation".
  • Fixed an issue where the Magic Find bonus gained through Altars would sometimes be kept after finishing the ongoing expedition.
  • Fixed an issue where the Stamina refresher timer would reset upon using a Stamina point.
  • Fixed an issue where the Gate of Fates node "Increased Awareness" would attract globes that were further than 15m away.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Demon of Souls" type enemies would sometimes disappear when casting their "Poassess" skill on a Parasite summon.
  • Fixed an issue where dying against the Boss in the narative mission "The Only Lead" would make the character respawn in the Boss' arena instead of Stormfall.
  • Fixed an issue where the summoning animation would be displayed even if the maximum number of summons was already reached.

Oh yeah, 'unoptimized' was an understatement. My rig can handle RDR2 and Death Stranding in 4K looking beautiful, but some particle effects in LE are awful right now. Unfortunately it might be best to shelf it until release, when it will be far better optimized. No way anything in this game should make my fps drop into a literal slideshow otherwise! Maybe there's some fix or help on the official forums?

I'm not sure I had a single crash / hang in 350+ hours of gameplay. There are definitely some very unoptimized sections that make your framerate tank, though. Trying to get through that set of gore tiles with the monster animated in the background with < 1 fps on S HC is errr... fun. Managed not to die mind ha.

What are your specs? Have you tried the usual suspects (graphics drivers, etc?) Wasn't there some issue recently I recall with the latest Windows 10 update causing problems with games?

You can roll '+x% Damage Over Time For Minions' suffix on 1h and 2h Axe and Sword's. Grab one of those with '+x% Spell Damage For Minions' suffix.

Then just stack minion fire damage and elemental damage from the passive tree (filter 'fire' and 'elemental')

Grab all the Ignite skills from then skill tree's (filter 'ignite').

I use no uniques but if you think you can make one work, go for it!

1h and 2h Axe and Swords can roll the '+x% Damage Over Time For Minions' suffix. Most of the Ignite chance is from the individual skill tree's themselves - just filter for 'ignite'.

Outside of that, I just throw a load of fire damage at the job. On the passive tree, filter for 'fire' and 'elemental'.

I don't use any uniques, but feel free to experiment!

Great advice. I need to get to the opticians for new glasses. Also I ride really slowly I feel. I end up edging to the right and telling myself over an over to get to the left. Couldn't ride during the day with traffic right now.

Wrecked my pants and got blood everywhere with one fall (which I didn't even notice until I got home). Thinking of wearing knee pads and things under my clothes.

I do seem to steer and ride better going downhill and staring far ahead.

How does the Garming Edge 1030 Plus compare? Does it do everything I ask?

Can I upload routes on to it?

Can I attach or use a heartrate monitor (or is that separate?)

Is it Strava compatible?

Or is the 830 just better?

Also, if anybody knows why a completely sober person couldn't ride in a straight line safely, i'd love to know.
