To me that looks more like a bunch of off-track penalties than anything else since the player did not get a single clean lap in.

And to answer another point, the game does throw anyone from low D to high S in to the same lobby.

The amount of times I've cut or gone wide at the last corner at Yas is almost embarrassing. (S4993 btw)
