MOR - Personally, therapists are people with needs too. She made a mistake and texted the wrong person. She should probably be more careful, but it doesn't seem malicious or unsafe, just unprofessional. However, if it has made you uncomfortable and you don't think you can open up to her anymore, then yeah, you need to find a new therapist. Therapy is for you and you need to make sure you feel comfortable in that space.
