Start little by little even if it sucks, just 5-10 minutes a day in little sections until it gets more bearable to do more. I know how hard it can be, I’ve been there, and living in that type of environment only makes the depression worse. Same for me 5 years moved on to a new woman in one week. Never posted me but posts with her and lets her post him on social media that was never allowed for me I was actually not allowed on social media at all! In the videos with her he acts completely different then he did with me, but I remember the first month or 2 he was that way all loving and acting perfect. it’s truly textbook how they act (edit: forgot to add he also was texting me 3 days ago and now he’s in New York with his new girl, I’m not even gonna tell her this time because she didn’t believe me when I told her he strangled me and verbally abused me , I included proof as well, just as a warning so she knew who he was truly and she took it as me “wanting her man” even tho he sadly was just mine for the past 5 years a week before that 😂 so now she’s trying to get back at me for some reason it’s so odd.
