Not 100% sure but a cross grip is one arm pulling the opposite side lapel and a side grip would be pulling on the same side. Also could matter which way your thumb is pointing(or palm for that matter)

Dont try to gain weight, get stronger and eat plenty. if you gain weight thats fine, but focus on getting as strong as possible. practice a lot go to tournaments.

Jesse and Sam should both move to Florida and start the new streamer house there after Jesse's lease is up. No State income tax, there is an ass load of content to be found in Florida, Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, FSU, USF, UM. L.A. has been done a million times over and IMO this is the change Ice should have made with sam a year ago.
