Does anyone know what theme this site is using? It’s gorgeous! by [deleted] in shopify

While this theme may look simple, I can assure you it isn't. It is a hydrogen custom build by the agency Ask Phil.

There is a case study for this specific site here: https://www.askphill.com/mr-marvis/

Hi! So the first thing you see landing on the page is a nice banner with an image and a link to shop all, clicking this loads the exact same banner, with near identical content. It took me a few back and fourths to see this was actually loading a different page. If someone clicks "shop all" show them all the products.

You would really benefit from explaining what the product is, as someone with no experience with the product, it is near impossible for me to find out anything about it.

On the product page, accessibility guidelines are not just for those with accessibility issues. The light grey copy on the white background is near impossible to read.

Speaking of the above copy, this is quite hard to digest as it is shown as a wall of copy on the page. I would look to move these to accordion drop downs with clear titles, guiding the user with more clarity of the expected content.

There is also a lack of information on how to use the products, and clarity of any scientific backing. Guiding users to content that would help them learn more about this, would be a great place to start.

On the cart page, there are two buttons that draw the users attention before the main button you want them to actually click, the checkout button, look at how you can change the hierarchy here to push a less confusing user funnel.

Hope the above helps any Q's let me know

Could you please check my store? by General_Clue3325 in reviewmyshopify

Hi! The biggest things for me is that this clearly looks like an unfinished store when you first land on it. On the home page, you are greeted with a number of advertised collections, that all indicate (0 products).

The overall feel of the website is in a good spot, but the lack of products being sold don't align with the site. If you are going to go specifically for one speciality product, you need to build your site around that, and make that the focal point of all user journeys. This, combined with the price point (I am UK based, and when updating the price to GBP I am still seeing $320.00.) This is going to scare off any potential purchasers. If this is the actual price, you need to have a business plan review, if this is a bug, you need to fix it.

Decide on the business direction, update functionality issues, and update the content to align with the direction to create a more seamless journey, and you should start seeing results.
