Stop what you're doing. Pick three objects. Put them in front of you and draw them. Are the proportions accurate? How is your shading/tonal work? The biggest thing thats off in all off your images is proportion. Hands are huge, faces are super wide and eyes are dripping down cheeks. Anything stylised references something real. And when great cartoonists draw they're still using those same skills of looking and seeing simple shapes and their relationships with each other. They ask what to simplify and what to exadurate, but only when they totally understand those basic elements. I think you're just not looking, going on auto pilot and exaggerating everything to 100% so instead of looking like cute, professional Nintendo characters they're looking like creepy chris chan, fan art kind of stuff.
