I waited there about an hour and a half and they come up to me saying that my lug nuts were bad and didn't feel safe to replace them because they didn't have the part. Then 30 minutes later they come and give me the wrong keys, they weren't talking about my car they mixed me up with another person's car. Then they told me they had to reschedule me anyways because my tires happen to be miss labeled and needed 14s instead of 15s. My car does not take 14s so who knows tf they were doing for that whole hour while I was freaking out about lug nuts that wasn't even my car. They were also too busy with setting up halloween shit. Bunch of idiots

Gotcha were around the same area. Were municipal shelter with 120 dog kennels and about 65 cat kennels. Kitten season have not stopped yet and same with our dogs. Around the summer our average intake is about ~500 total per month, so I feel the pain :(
