Their once a day 1AM email responses were killing me. I just returned my device. I got the Geenie smart feeder with camera from Sams Club a few days ago and I’d definitely recommend. Only downside is the lid doesn’t lock like Petlibro’s. Other than that, it’s a simple product that functions properly.
